Admin & Business Support : Complex and confidential files, external relations and event coordination. Reporting, research, contracts & HR (on-/offboarding), access control, invoicing & payments, operational flows (quotes, reminders, receivables, bank reconciliations, pre-accounting, expense reports), archiving, document management & supplies.
Tech Setup : Workflow, data and content management, time-saving automation, file organisation (Dropbox, Google Drive, Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.), finding service providers and tools to avoid unnecessary expenditure.
Text, Translations, Visuels: Conception of messages (Google Ads, social media). Translations (including a book of 300k words, marketing materials, websites of 60k words), ebook rewriting (50k words), transcription, proofreading, post-editing, interpreting. Visual design.
