Let's chat about this on the telephone. No panic: the initial call is free of charge and pretty general. Its purpose is to roughly determine your actual needs – and to find out whether we are a good fit for each other.

I charge flat rates for occasional (10 hours/month) or continuous support (20 hours or more). Special projects, short-term tasks and translations are charged on a quote basis.

No. You only commit for one month, with the option to extend if you wish. The duration of our collaboration depends on the project; assignments lasting several months are preferred, as this allows me to get to know you better, adapt to your way of working and work more efficiently.

Basically, I work with one contact person per client, which does not exclude accepting two, provided they speak with one voice.
